The time savings are real and they're significant. On average, our customers spend 34% less time on HR processes — that's a third of their week given back. The biggest gains come from the tasks that eat the most hours behind the scenes: updating employee data (43% less time), approvals and changes (40% less time), and headcount management (38% less time).

But the value isn't just in what HR stops doing. It's in what they can start. 61% of customers say their HR team is significantly more satisfied since implementing Personio. 55% feel more motivated by the work they do. When the admin clears, you remember why you're here.
